Sonnets and Lyrical Poems was written by Dante Gabriel Rossetti. Published by the Kelmscott Press in 1894, 310 were printed on paper and a further six on paper. The book is printed on paper and is set in Golden type in red and black ink. The woodcut frontispiece was designed by William Morris, along with the title, borders and initials. Sonnets and Lyrical Poemswas the second part of a two volume set of works by Rossetti. A few months before this volume was produced, the Kelmscott Press published Rossetti’s Ballads and Narrative Poems (K446).
